Refund Policy

We value your trust in Atmatattva and are committed to being transparent about our refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. One-on-One Healing Sessions

• Cancellation 48+ hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling, at your discretion.
• Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund. The remaining 50% may be applied as a credit toward a future session.
• Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund. The session fee is forfeited.

2. Courses and Digital Programs

• Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available.
• If you have not accessed any materials and wish to withdraw within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by writing to us at hello@atmatattva.com.

3. Retreat Programs

• Cancellation 30+ days before the retreat start date: 75% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before: 25% refund.
• Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: No refund. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies with documentation), we will consider transferring your booking to a future retreat at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@atmatattva.com with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

If Atmatattva cancels a session, course, or retreat for any reason, a full refund will be issued or an alternative arrangement of equal value will be offered.
